Bright, absolutely perfect room with the bedroom, the luxurious feel, all the extra touches! Location not far from common areas, and the excellent restaurant.

Everything was simply amazing. The property was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Particularly helpful staff from check-in to check-out, without being intrusive. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, really close to desert, the restaurant and the library and Hayfield Manor.

Frank, who greeted us very warmly and brought our suitcases to the room. We had delicious dinner at the hotel, the location is also very good.

That evening the bar was very loud and the prices are quite high.

The location of Hayfield Manor is particularly good and beautiful, within walking distance to everywhere we needed. The staff was superfriendly and exceptionally nice, providing us with all the assistance we needed during our stay.

Nothing all good.

The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were great, plus the concierge was always loyal and helpful; we also liked that we could park our car here and we had such a good experience that we would definitely come back and even recommend this place to our friends.

This place is worth its 5 stars, the room was luxurious and there was easy access to free parking.

We planned on staying 4 nights at Hayfield Manor and extended our stay 2 times to 6 nights, and then 7. The staff is so very helpful, well trained and pleasant. We will certainly recommend Hayfield Manor. Paul, the bartender prepares an excellent Old Fashioned. Mr. Mulcahy, the general manager, seemed to always be on duty. One day as I sat in my favorite spot in front of the fireplace in the lobby I watched him go from place to place, straightening pillows, picking up small bits of whatever, speaking to and greeting the staff or patrons.

A very pleasant atmosphere. We eventually had to leave and went to a beautiful hotel. One of our first comments as we settled in was that the staff was not as friendly or as knowledgeable as "our" staff at Hayfield Manor. We so enjoyed our time at Hayfield.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel near the city center. The location was perfect, just a short walk through beautiful grounds to reach the heart of the city. The rooms were cozy, with excellent beds and comfortable bedding. The service was exceptional, making me feel like a welcomed guest. The breakfast was a delight, with delicious options available. The bistro onsite, Perrotts, offered mouthwatering meals. a wonderful experience.

I did notice a high turnover of staff, which affected the personal touch and warmth of the hotel.
